Earlier this week Yodel and Atos (the International IT Services Company) announced they’ve been short-listed for an MCA Award in the Technology category.
www.mca.org.uk describe their annual awards as:
“The benchmark for quality within the consulting industry. They are the ideal way to demonstrate and recognise the value of consulting. They also celebrate how clients and consultants working together achieve the best results”.
The winners of this prestigious award are due to be announced at a special ceremony on Thursday 19th April 2012 at the Hilton Hotel in Park Lane, London.
Atos and Yodel have been working together since 2010 when Home Delivery Network (HDNL) purchased DHL Domestic. The resulting new company was branded as Yodel.
Atos created new systems for Yodel; in addition to ensuring “all technology from DHL Domestic was effectively and seamlessly separated from its former parent company – with minimal impact”.
Greg Smith of Yodel said: “We are delighted that Atos’ work with Yodel has been shortlisted for the MCA Awards. It’s a great testament to the partnership between the two companies. Atos’ clear thinking cut through complexity and enabled Yodel’s executive to properly monitor progress and focus on those areas that mattered most. Atos communicated in a style that brought the key stakeholders who were critical to our success along with us.”
We wish Yodel and Atos all the best for the upcoming ceremony.
