City Link have stopped same day collections
You must now book before 11pm the evening before
We wanted to notify you, that with immediate effect, City Link will no longer be offering a same day collection service. You will not be able to book before 11:30am for the collection the same day any more.
The reason for this is that the same day collection service has been so popular that City Link have been unable to cope with the demand and in turn has seen their service levels drop.
You must now book before 11pm for collection the next day. So for a parcel to be collected on a Tuesday, you would need to book before 11pm Monday evening (or before).
We are sorry that this notice comes to you with no warning of City Link’s decision but we have just been informed ourselves.
The price stays the same, starting from £6.99+VAT for weights up to 20Kg!
