Need to send a document overseas?  We have the service for you!  You can use the same Quote & Book system as for your parcels, entering the weight and dimensions of your envelope.  When you get to the “Parcel description” part simply enter the word Documents (without any spaces, quote marks or other words or letters), the system will generate you the required Consignment/Waybill you need.  You won’t need a Commercial Invoice and there should be no delay with Customs.  Please note this is only for documents and cannot be used with parcels.
