Yes you can!

The most important thing is to make sure that it is well packaged. We understand how fragile bikes are and packaging them can be quite awkward.

Once your bike is packaged and ready for transportation with one of our carriers, enter the weight and dimensions of the parcel onto our Quote page to choose the best price, service and carrier for you.

Do I need a Printer?

If your parcel is being sent within the UK then you can simply handwrite or create your own name and address label for each parcel you are sending.

An address label is provided in your confirmation of booking email, should you want to use it.

If you are wanting to send a parcel overseas then you will require access to a printer.

How do I make a claim?

All services come with an inclusive transit cover of £50 unless stated.

You will need to complete our claims form and provide evidence as requested by the carrier.

What do I do if my parcel has been damaged?

If the goods are damaged, please sign to accept but note on the delivery note that the goods are damaged.
If you sign for the goods in ‘Good Condition’ you will not be able to process a claim.
If the goods are damaged, packaging must be kept in case the goods need inspecting with the packaging.
If the packaging is not kept this could invalidate your claim.
