Claim For Loss

We are sorry to hear your item is lost.
So we can assist you further with your claim with the Carrier, please complete the form below:
  • All items include cover up to £50 for loss at no additional charge (unless stated otherwise)
  • The claims process can take 4–8 weeks
  • All decisions are made at the sole discretion of the carrier
  • All claims MUST be reported to us within 21 days from date of dispatch in the case of loss

IMPORTANT: Please check our Terms and Conditions to check that you are covered before you begin the claims process.

To support your claim the Carrier will require the following:

  • Scan of the paperwork left by the Driver at collection (Not required for City Link bookings)
  • Invoice showing the value of the item (For example: an eBay item number)
  • A letter or e-mail from the intended recipient stating the item has not been received
  • Please Download and return back to us this Non Receipt of Goods Form

These can then be emailed to claims@collectmyparcel.com

Please get these to us as soon as possible, failure to do so will result in your claim being rejected by the carrier.
