- My first experience was very positive. I actually reverse-ordered the collection of a parcel purchased from a 3rd party e-bay seller who had specified collection by hand, as it was too distant for a personal collection to be viable. I was able to specify the collection address as the 3rd party's and the delivery address as my own. I provided the internet link to the seller to enable them to print a parcel tracking label. The whole process worked perfectly and in the times described for a very reasonable rate. Very satisfied. I would recommend this service to anyone wishing to buy an e-bay item listed with collection only, provided the seller is prepared to package the item sufficiently and be present for the parcel collection - Russ W-D

I sent two boxes last week to Memphis, Tennessee and they arrived within three days. I honestly thought this must have been a fluke, but sent three more on Monday. - I have used collectmyparcel.com to transport vintage radios around the UK and Europe and I have found then to be prompt, efficient and helpful with documentation when it was unexpectedly needed. The fact that they can deliver nearly a quarter of a cubic metre volume weighing 30Kg to any UK mainland address for less that £9 is fantastic. I contacted DHL direct and was given a stupidly high price for delivery but used your site and it was VERY reasonable. I had a small package to deliver a few weeks ago and decided to use myHermes because I was trying to cut costs as the item was extremely low value and not worth while sending on your DHL Home48 service. Never again, they didn't turn up to collect, I phoned to cancel and they didn't communicate that to the courier, who in the end turned up 24hrs late without even so much as an apology. - Thank you for such an efficient service. I applied to send 2 parcels from Scotland to my Son in Odense Denmark. The parcel was collected at 16:30 on Wednesday evening and I had a call from my Son on Friday at 13:25 saying that the parcels had just been delivered. From Scotland to Denmark in less than 48 Hrs. I must admit i was a bit sceptical in using you as I had already enquired with DHL and they quoted £120 and when your quote for £54 came up using DHL I found it too hard to believe. Any way it was safely delivered by DHL on Friday. Service like this is hard to find nowadays. Once again thank you for a great service - R Tatnell

- Absolutely the best service ever! I booked my parcel online on Wednesday night, to go to Australia, I made a mistake on the dates so had to do an amendment. The parcel was to be collected on Thursday by DHL I called DHL on the Thursday, they were able to give the driver a call and gave me an approximate collection time (almost exactly) The driver helped me with the paperwork, thank you, and the parcel arrived in Queensland Australia today Monday!
