Then drop us an e-mail to topup@collectmyparcel.com, stating your username, top-up amount and date the BACS was sent. The moment the BACS payment hits our account we will apply the funds to your Top-Up account and add on your £5!
What is my discount?
The standard BACS Top-Up offer gives you a discount of 5% on all the parcels you order.
How do I add more money to my Top-Up?

How do I find out my prepay balance?
Your Top-Up balance is displayed at the top of the screen when you log in to your account and at the Checkout of every booking.
How long is my prepay credit valid for?
Top-Up is valid for 12 months from your last order with collectmyparcel.com. If you add prepay credit to your account now and then come back and order a parcel delivery in 12 months your credit will then be available for another 12 months from the date of that order.
Can I use my Top-Up in conjunction with another discount or promotion?
No. Top-Up is effectively a volume discount for agreeing to spend more than £100 on parcel deliveries.
Terms & Conditions
All deposits paid into a Top-Up account must be used within twelve calendar months otherwise the balance will expire. Top-Ups linked to any goodwill gesture, claim payment, refund payment or any marketing offers will not be refunded. Top-Up funds shall be treated in the same way as a high street voucher in that they have no monetary value and can only be used towards parcel deliveries on the collectmyparcel.com website. This does not affect your statutory rights.
