Arrange a Re-Collection
We are sorry that your parcel has not been collected by your chosen carrier. Your booking will NOT be rolled over for a new collection and therefore MUST be rebooked in for a new collection date with the carrier. Before rebooking, please check that someone will be available for collection on the date requested.It may also be worth checking that the collection details we have are correct and the driver is going to the correct place.
